What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?

Sponsez is focused on getting the best events in front of relevant sponsors in a way that relates to the sponsors predefined objectives. Our platform supports the decision making process on the sponsors side, providing aggregated, analysed information on recommended events and exposes events to a larger network of sponsors in a tailor made, relevant and appealing way that is meant to increase sponsorship sales.

What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?

Corporate events of all sizes.

What does your tool help event planners do better?

The bottom line is about increasing sponsorship sales and total revenue. We do that by exposing your events and sponsorship opportunities to more relevant sponsors. The platform also provides an easy way to manage sponsorship packages, deals and followups all while keeping the event planner in control.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

Sponsez is about knowing what the sponsors look for (they list their objectives with us) and crafting the proposal of relevant events in a way that speaks the sponsor’s language and helps increasing the odds for sponsorship sales and creation of new partnerships. Listing your event and exposing your partnership and sponsorship opportunities to our network of sponsors is completely free.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?

Our core (and coolest) feature is for sponsors – analyzing hundreds of events and picking the ones that best relate to their goals with the smartest and most focused tool in this domain yet. For selected event organizers we offer a reverse-discovery feature, finding relevant sponsors for their events and help them reach out directly.

Anything else we need to know?

We always improve the offering to both sides with new features requested by our existing user base. We’re always looking for new ways to improve for the benefit of the events community and would love to hear users feedback.

This weekly series spotlights a new tech tool that is designed to help make planning events much more seamless. Whether it’s using event software to track every detail from start to finish or mobile apps that deliver content to attendees’ fingertips, these technologies allow planners to divert their stress to more critical issues like deciding which napkin color looks best.
