What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?
MeetMax has the most efficient solution to enable event attendees to preschedule meetings with each other at future events. MeetMax enables event planners to provide to attendees with an interface that allows attendees to request and schedule meetings with other attendees. MeetMax enables the event organizer to log in as an admin and really improve the one on one meeting request and confirmation process.
The best audience for this tool would be event planners who focus on Business to Business events, especially those that depend upon buyers and sellers meeting one on one. MeetMax has a 10 year history of providing event organizers with one on one meeting solutions.
What does your tool help event planners do better?
MeetMax’s principal value proposition is enabling event organizers to be activley involved in managing the meeting request and scheduling process.
How is your tool different from/better than the competition?
Our One on One solution differs in the following ways:
1. The admin access enables an event organizer to really drive the meeting process to ensure that request are made and meetings are scheduled.
2. The application uses predetermined time slots
3. The application is able to manage and allocate meeting locations (rooms or tables)
What is the single coolest feature of your product?
As an administrator of the software you have total control of all of the networking meetings that are set up at your event. You are able to see who has been invited to a meeting, who has yet to accept their meeting requests and view all personalized schedules for attendees.
Anything else we need to know?
We have launched a product called MeetMax Connect. MeetMax Connect enables event organizers is to maximize the success of networking at your event by managing the networking process directly. The MeetMax connect service provides software and a person to manage the software (concierge). The MeetMaxConnect service manages the meeting request and scheduling in the weeks prior to the event as well as providing a live person to manage the One on One Meetings Desk onsite at the event.
