What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?

Event planners have been using twoppy since 2011. In the current field of mobile event apps, organizers can be overwhelmed by all the bells and whistles that the gazillion different new providers offer. We try to keep things simple.

Keep your audience informed – real time – about the ‘who, what, where and when’. Not only about your event information but about their co-visitors as well.

twoppy makes creating a mobile event guide hassle free, so you can focus on your visitor’s needs instead of making you an RFP pro. And best of all: it is available for free.

What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?
There is a trend going on shifting from larger events to more and smaller events. These events – and especially conferences – will benefit from twoppy.
Given the low fees it is definitely interesting for conferences with budget constraints.

What does your tool help event planners do better?

twoppy helps the event planner to focus on content delivery rather than choosing features or writing extensive RFP’s. By providing a fully self-service platform event planners are less dependent on others to get their information on their event visitors’ mobile device.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

First of all our tool is unsurpassed in simplicity and usability. The content management system of the app (the organizer section) is virtually ‘fool proof’. Without any instruction you are able to create and publish your own mobile guide completely, within a matter of hours.
We aim at reducing time and budget issues, starting with a Freemium business model. Use the – actually very extensive – basic functionality for free, and pay if you want more. Quite simple!

What is the single coolest feature of your product?

Service! In fact we have two single most coolest features that involve service:
1 Self-service magic. Customers go mad when they first discover that creating a complete and interactive mobile event guide is that simple!
2 Customer service. Our levels of customer service go beyond expectation. At least that’s what our customers tell us!

Anything else we need to know?

We’ve a very cool new proposition for event venues, the twoppy Venue License. This allows event venues to offer the twoppy basic plan to their clients for free. The app startup screen is branded in the venues’ style, and as said, the basic plan is already activated. A great service to event planners at a very, very affordable rate.

Another cool thing is our API which we will soon release. This will allow developers to integrate twoppy with all kinds of other applications, making it even more value for less money.
