What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?

Our tool seeks to solve planners’ problems. Our solution is to provide custom branded apps and replace the traditional program guide to give attendees everything they need to stay on track. We strive to make the life of event planners and attendees not only easier but fun and interactive.

What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?
Eventpedia is informational and social. There is no audience that our app wouldn’t help! We have a solution that offers organizations and companies of any size the ability to assemble and deploy HTML5, native iOS and Android apps without having to install any software. They also have the ability to run our app with or without Wi-Fi. As you can see our app is not limited by any means.

What does your tool help event planners do better?

We built a ground breaking mobile platform that dramatically reduces the time and costs of developing mobile apps. This allows event planners to use our services at a lower cost and makes their job more efficient. Provided the necessary tools, event planners can control their events from their own mobile devices.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

Our apps, company and staff are creative, intelligent and personable. We offer our clients the best customer service one could want. This allows us to have the upper hand over our competition. Our dynamic user portal is easy to use, and allows our clients to have full access and control over their branded mobile app. Clients have the ability to check analytics, view downloads, and see results of their surveys all through our back-end system. If they need help, we are always there to provide assistance and solutions immediately. It is not necessarily a tool that makes you rise above your competition, but the experience our clients have does.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?

All of our features are amazing! But, the coolest and newest feature that our mobile app possesses is our Photo Sharing module. This is a great way for all users to interact with each other, upload pictures, comment and like. Think of this module as our own custom built Instagram, Flickr or Facebook. It allows users to showcase their perspective of events through pictures!

We are an innovative technology company that is always looking for the best new features to integrate into our mobile applications. Not only do we offer a full service mobile app, but also provide our clients with the best customer service possible. We are “Informational, Analytical, and Social-”.
