Lauren serves as the Chief DealFinder and Editor-in-Chief of Get Wed for Less. She brings over a decade of sales & marketing and organizational management experience to the team. A former bargainista bride and event coordinator, she knows the stresses that come along with planning affairs and finding accommodating vendors. Thus, she developed Get Wed for Less to help wedding planning couples enjoy the wedding planning journey and to have more money in the bank when standing at the proverbial altar.
Considering herself immensely blessed, Lauren is the wife of an incredible man and the mother of two brilliant, beautiful children. Serving at at her local church also brings her much fulfillment.

The technology that I wouldn’t want to live without is: It’s a tie between the iPhone and the iPad. While I can’t imagine doing business without my reliable iPhone, our iPads keep our kids entertained on road trips and they fight less with those ever-convenient distractions!
The app I use most obsessively is: Facebook/Facebook Pages – thank God for Mark Zuckerburg’s genius!
The most innovative use of event tech I’ve ever seen is: Ordering within an app before event-goers hit the food stand/bar
My go-to guilty pleasure food is: A well-made, decadent chocolate brownie a la mode… Oh! And Starbucks!
The thing that always gets me to laugh without fail is: Sinbad’s stand-up comedy
One thing that would really surprise people to learn about me is: This obvious extrovert loves being alone sometimes.
