What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?

Attend.com was built to map to the event planners process and make everything from planning, to managing to following up with attendees easier. Our integrations with Salesforce and Blackbaud’s Rasier’s Edge make us especially helpful for event planners looking to show or improve the way their events drive organization goals and ROI.

What does your tool help event planners do better?

There have been 4 core activities that Attend.com has been particularly good at. However, in June we are rolling out big changes to the software.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

Attend.com allows the event planner to manage either very simple events with straight-forward registration and check-in, or much more complicated events. An example of a more complicated event would be an alumni reunion weekend where registrants can check in to the overal event and/or multiple sub-events throughout the weekend.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?

VIP check in alerts that notify staff when your keynote, boss or favorite customer arrives
