What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?

We are solving the on-site event management headaches so event planners can save their TIME and sanity by providing products centered around check-in, walk-ins & registration. Our products like self check-in/kiosk appguest list applead retrieval appmulti-session managementwalk-in registrationsreal-time reports and on-site badge + wristband printing are just some of the services we offer through our secure and reliable cloud-based platform.

What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?
We’re primarily focused on conferences, festivals, expos, fundraisers and corporate events, though our platform is excellent for any sized event, from 200,000+ people to as little as 50. We help our clients pick and choose the features they’re looking for that are the most suitable for their events.

What does your tool help event planners do better?

Our goal is to make sure that every event planner & their guests have the best check-in experience ever. Period. Our products allow this seamless experience by:- Printing name-badges and wristbands on-site,

– Doing last minute walk-ins right,

– Allowing guests to self check-in via our kiosk app,

– Providing the most reliable guest list app which even works offline,

– Enabling secure + reliable Multi-session management,

– Providing vendors + exhibitors a lead retrieval app to acquire customers,

and most importantly

-Real-time reports to know EXACTLY what is going on with the event.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

We’re a platform with partners: Our clients aren’t limited to only utilizing certain event tools, Boomset platform is compatible with multiple event solutions like Eventbrite, QuickMobile, Aloompa and RegOnline, and you can even upload your own guest list from Excel. We surround this flexibility with our wide range of mobile-focused products and apps to assist event professionals with extra support to manage their event on-site.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?

Many of us are all about the #selfie, and now guests can check in using our #selfiebadge at events. It’s ideal for festivals and large events, providing an additional measure of security to keep impostors out and ensures exclusivity among guests. Simply type your name, say “CHEESE,” and your badge prints right then and there–making networking at the event a cinch, too.

Anything else we need to know?

We’re growing internationally, too: North & South America, Australia and throughout Europe and the UK, with services and training available on-and-offsite. If you prefer not to buy any of the devices or materials to access the platform (routers, kiosk stands, etc.), we’ll assist you in renting and shipping the hardware to your event site.
