What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?

ChoiceGifts solves the gifting problem that a lot of event planners face. It can be so hard to find gifts that will please everyone. With ChoiceGifts®, it’s a fun experience and everyone gets to pick out the gift that they like. It’s a win win for all.

What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?

We work with event planners that plan corporate events, meetings, sales destinations, etc. The minimum number of attendees is 100 and they can go up to as many people as they want. We have an event coming up that has a total of 4,000 attendees.  The gifting experience will take place over the course of a few days.

What does your tool help event planners do better?

It helps take some of the planning stress away. At the event we’ll take care of everything. From setting everything up to helping each guest select the gift that’s right for them. And when the event is over, we make everything disappear. It all happens while the event planner is managing every other event detail.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

ChoiceGifts is different than the competition because we have the ability to offer a wide range of brand name gifts versus just one brand (like our competitors). From fashion-forward sunglasses and jewelry, to the hottest electronics – brands offered include Ray-Ban, Oakley, Alex and Ani, Beats by Dr. Dre, and much more.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?

Every event guest gets the gift of their choice.

Anything else we need to know?

ChoiceGifts will bring complete excitement to your event. We always get positive feedback from the guests and event planners. It’s a memorable experience that will make the event planner looking like the hero.

This weekly series spotlights a new tech tool that is designed to help make planning events much more seamless. Whether it’s using event software to track every detail from start to finish or mobile apps that deliver content to attendees’ fingertips, these technologies allow planners to divert their stress to more critical issues like deciding which napkin color looks best.
