What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?

evvnt provides a tech solution to the question of event marketing and event promotion. We work with conferences, trade shows, exhibition organisers and training companies (clients include: Reed Exhibitions, Informa, Financial Times, UBM to name a few). Evvnt supplies a unique broadcast and publishing service that reaches a guaranteed minimum of 60 event listing sites for any event in any location globally, in less than 24 hours. There is no cap to this – and your event will most likely be submitted to over 100 relevant sites. We ensure your conference or seminar is seen by the right people by targeting the most relavent sites.

evvnt enables companies all over the world to populate their events via the most effective event listing sites on the web. Every minute, with little more than a click, more events and conferences appear in listings, in search engines and on mobile – discoverable by both category and location. With next to no effort customers of evvnt get better attendance, while consumers find events they previously had no idea existed.

What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?

Any event, from the biggest stadium gig or festival, the most obscure local comedy gig to the a niche seminar or conference.

What does your tool help event planners do better?

Event listing sites are a great way to expose events to millions of potential new custoers, but as a manual proces it can take days, if not weeks. Using evvnt can add events to as many as 100 sites and apps in the time it would normally take to do one. Our software integrates with the most effective marketing platforms for location and event category. We include the events site’s URL in the web listings. Off-site link can directly improve the events’ position in the the search engine bringing more organic traffic.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

Currently, there is nothing like evvnt on the market.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?

Users get sent a detailed analytics report which lists every site their event has been broadcast to and their reach. The client also has the option of supplying a trackable link so they can observe which listing sites are delivering and translating to tickets sales on a per event basis. We think that’s pretty cool.

Anything else we need to know?

We have spent two years researching event submissions, and event submission websites.  We have indexed 5000 publisher sites globally that we can submit information to. Our customers can distribute their event content to hundreds of sites in a click of the mouse. In addition to the time saving distribution offered, we provide a full analytics suite that shows not only the list of publishers receiving the data but also the sites that refer the most traffic, complete with click tracking. We have partnerships with some of the world’s largest distribution platforms, and a growing reseller network to further extend our reach. Rather than taking a scattergun approach to marketing, our smart algorithms match the content of your event to the most relevant websites.

This weekly series spotlights a new tech tool that is designed to help make planning events much more seamless. Whether it’s using event software to track every detail from start to finish or mobile apps that deliver content to attendees’ fingertips, these technologies allow planners to divert their stress to more critical issues like deciding which napkin color looks best.
