What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?
Too many app providers see their clients as nothing more than customers, but the relationship between app providers and event organizers needs to be a partnership if both parties are to be happy with the results. At JUJAMA, we combine our technical expertise with the event planner’s knowledge of their audience to create an app that is truly unique to that event, and work with the event planner every step of the way – from populating the app with registrants and speaker information to providing 24/7 support before, during, and after the conference
What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?
JUJAMA event apps come in a range of custom configurations, so they are appropriate for any event where the organizer needs to communicate agenda, speaker, logistical and real-time updates to participants, or where attendees value the ability to connect with one another at one-on-one meetings during the conference.
What does your tool help event planners do better?
Our apps help event planners keep their attendees happy. While event planners are certain to be running around avoiding potential event disasters, attendee satisfaction is what matters at the end of the event. We provide the tools to help attendees make new connections, keep an organized agenda, and stay up-to-date with any changes or opportunities that arise during the event.
We also help event planners understand what is working at their event – and what areas need more attention – with our comprehensive meeting analytics platform. No longer an exclusively post-meeting tool, now event organizers can see app usage rates, device breakdowns, content reports, and other data metrics to better understand the life cycle of their event app.
How is your tool better than from/better than the competition?
Whereas so many event app providers offer cookie-cutter solutions – ones in which the client has very few design or customization options – we offer a fully customized product designed to meet the needs of both the event organizer and attendee, and we offer it at a very competitive price! Every JUJAMA app and desktop platform is made in collaboration with the event planner, so that once we find out what is truly important to a particular event we can create an app with the features and functionality to support the event’s organizer, attendees, and sponsors.

JUJAMA’s motto is “Get connected, Stay connected,” and the coolest thing our event apps do is help event planners connect with their attendees, and attendees connect with each other, so everyone is better connected to satisfaction and opportunity!
