What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?
We are a one-stop shop for the development and production of experiential media and interactive displays. We help companies get the highest levels of engagement at their conferences, activation events, trade shows and galas.
What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?
We work either directly with brands or in conjunction with their event planners, agency leads or in-house team. We are best suited for corporate and commercial events although we have done a small number of very high-end private events.
What does your tool help event planners do better?
Create meaningful engagement.
How is your tool different from/better than the competition?
We are a brick-and-mortar facility with a diverse in-house team allowing us to produce high-quality experiences without relying on outside vendors. This helps keep budgets down as there are no markups and keeps the schedule tight.
What is the single coolest feature of your product?
From projection mapping to virtual reality experiences, our coolest feature is our depth of imagination and creativity.
Anything else we need to know?
We love collaborating with event planners and experiential agencies and can do so transparently or as a white-label vendor.
This weekly series spotlights a new tech tool that is designed to help make planning events much more seamless. Whether it’s using event software to track every detail from start to finish or mobile apps that deliver content to attendees’ fingertips, these technologies allow planners to divert their stress to more critical issues like deciding which napkin color looks best.
