We Pinned It: New Year’s Eve
When the clock strikes midnight, where will you be? Hopefully at an awesome party where the music is pumping and the champagne is flowing! To help you get ready, we’ve created a board filled with tips on how to throw the perfect NYE party.
Getting married on New Year’s Eve? It’s a great way to never forget your anniversary. But, seriously, a lot of couples are choosing to ring in the new year as newlyweds. And, really, who doesn’t look good surrounded by gold and silver? A confetti bar is a fun thing to add to your celebration (as long as your venue doesn’t have a problem with it) where your guests can combine rice, flowers, glitter and/or little bits of sparkly paper to throw into the air at midnight.
Instead of a traditional guest book, why not invite your guests to write a resolution for you and your spouse to accomplish during your first year of marriage?
And then, so that you don’t forget what you’re supposed to be doing, try an app like SmartGoals to help you keep track of all of your resolutions.
It’s a new day; it’s a new year. Even if 2015 wasn’t all that you hoped it would be (but we certainly hope it was!) 2016 offers up 12 brand new months to set new goals, make new friends, and start new endeavors.
