What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?

Perfect Event Proposals overcomes many of the frustrations that Event Professionals face when trying to create a well-designed and visually appealing proposal on Word or Powerpoint.  It brings event proposals into the 21st century by enabling Planners to easily and quickly add multiple images, embed video, create eye catching proposal designs, track the client engagement with the proposal and take the proposal away from the client with one click if needed.  The software helps Planners to save a ton of time AND win more business.

What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?

There has been a large amount of interest for the tool from many different types of Event Professionals including Independent Corporate Planners, Social Event Planners, DMC’s, Agencies, Event Supplier companies & Venues.  Basically any company that wants to quickly build a creative proposal that conveys their ideas in a visually appealing way and creates an incredible first impression for a new client.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

There are no other software tools that directly compete with Perfect Event Proposals, as we are the first that specifically addresses a huge need in the industry and focuses solely on saving time creating proposals and enabling Planners to create better first impressions & win way more business. We interviewed over 200 Event Planners to find out exactly what they found frustrating about using Word or Powerpoint and have developed a great solution that tackles most of the bigger problems.  As we grow and the tool grows with us we have some incredible features that are going to save our customers even more time and help them grow their businesses.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?

That depends!  Our Social Event planning customers love the professionally-designed, easy-to-customize proposal templates with embedded video, our Corporate Event Planning customers love the ability to deactivate the link to the proposal and analytics that show when the proposal has been opened and how many times it has been read.  All of these are features you just cannot get with a PDF!
