What does your tool help event planners do better?

Eventory helps event planners communicate with their attendees, engage them during the event and instantly communicate any changes or event updates with push notifications. It enhances the event experience of attendees.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

Eventory is the only platform you need to manage all your events. As the only provider in this space we offer full integration with beacon technology, letting event planners manage their beacons directly from Eventory dashboard. Unlike its competitors, Eventory does not limit or charge for the total number or contacts added to the event, allowing event planners to promote their event liberally.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?

Eventory is the first event management solution offering full integration with beacons. Due to our close relationship with one of the leaders in iBeacon technology, we were able to incorporate beacon management tool in Eventory dashboard giving the planners full control over their beacons during the event. Beacons let them see the traffic patterns during the event, send custom messages to the attendees based on location, transmit schedule updates and enable attendees to seamlessly join the event on the app.
